Help

Short answers to the things people ask most. If yours isn't here, write to support@padel-time.tv.

How do I start watching?

The channel starts playing on the home page by itself — you do not need to sign in to watch it. To open the on-demand catalogue, use the link from your subscription message; it signs you in.

Once you have opened it on a device, that device stays signed in for 24 hours, so you can just go to the site.

There's no sound

Browsers only allow video to start by itself when it is muted, so the channel begins silent. Press the sound button in the player, or the Sound on control, and audio starts.

It says the channel is off air

That means we cannot reach the live signal at that moment. The page keeps trying by itself and reconnects when the signal returns; you can also press Try again.

Can I watch on more than one device?

Yes. Open the same subscription link on each device you want to watch on.

What do I need to watch?

A recent version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.

Full screen and keyboard

Use the Full screen control on the player, or the Watch full screen button under it.

On a computer: space plays and pauses, M turns sound on and off, F enters and leaves full screen.

Why does a category have nothing in it?

The on-demand catalogue is organised by category. A category that has no titles published to it says so plainly instead of showing an empty page.

How do I stop my subscription?

Through your mobile operator, using the method they gave you when you subscribed. They hold the subscription and the billing, so only they can end it.
